Vacuum Tumbler Great For Home Use
Simple to use. Put water, marinade & meat into drum. Place cover on drum. Connect line to built in vacuum pump & push switch to remove air. Once vacuum is drawn remove line & place drum on tumbler wheels. Set timer & start tumbling action. Tumble between 10 to 60 minutes.

Vacuum tumblers work by removing the air from the drum & rotating or tumbling the product inside the drum. This creates a vacuum which allows the meat pores to "open up" & accept the marinade & water. The tumbling action allows for a greater pickup of water & spice - 10% -20% Vs. 1% - 2% when soaking for 48 hr.
