Hi Melt Cheddar Cheese

Perfect for all sausage products when cheese is called for or desired. Add taste and texture. Regular cheese melts too easily and adversely affects the sausage consistency.
High temperature cheddar cheese is specially made so that it will not melt when processing at temps. under 400 degrees.

  • Add cheddar cheese to your sausage and give it something extra
  • High Temp Cheddar gives a mild creamy flavor to your sausage products
  • The 1/4" dice is a perfect size for all types of sausages from big bologna to snack sticks
  • Cheese will last up to 6 months at 34 degrees and can be frozen
  • Used at 5% to 10% level - 1/2 to 1 lb. of cheese to 10 lb. of meat
Ingredients: Cheddar Cheese, (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Cream, Sodium Phosphates, Salt, Vegetable Color, Enzymes, Potato Strarch, Powdered Cellulose To Prevent Caking
