Enjoy turkey flavored with your favorite flavor right from your own grill or oven. Place the rack with any 12 oz. can & position the turkey over the can. Moist, seasoned steam permeates the turkey as it cooks. It's easy, you don't need to turn the turkey to get an evenly cooked bird.
It's healthy, too, since fat drips away and doesn't collect around the turkey.
Tip #1: Remember that turkeys are tall so you will need a oven big enough or a grill with a lid that will close over the turkey. Chickens work almost anywhere.
Tip #2: After seasoning the chicken or turkey with your favorite seasoning and after the chicken is mounted on the can, coat the chicken completely with mustard. This will form a glaze on the chicken, sealing in the juices. The mustard will disappear while cooking - no yellow color - & the chicken will not taste like mustard
