Poly Bags
Use these Poly Bags to package pan sausage, bulk Italian or Chorizo sausage and ground meat products such as chili and burger. You may fill these Poly Bags, using a bag horn, right from your grinder. Easy to fill and easy to seal using twist ties or a tape dispenser. Will safety store frozen product without freezer burn.

When ready to use just remove frozen package from freezer and let thaw just enough to allow slicing, Using a serrated knife, slice thru the package to produce round patties 'ready to cook'. The 1# and 2# bags will produce approx. 2-1/2" patties - good for breakfast patties and sliders while the 5 # bag will make 4" patties- great for burgers.

When filling Poly Bags stop at the fill line. This allows room to apply the twist tie or tape. When the fill line is reached, make a quick twist on the bag before pulling the bag off the bag horn. This makes a clean break, preventing the meat from "stringing out".
