Steels
The difference in Steels is as follows:
- Steels are made of materials that are of different hardness. Steels made using diamonds are the hardest followed by ceramic and then hardened steel
- Steels have different shapes from round to oval
- Steels have different lengths
- Steels have different levels of smoothness. A smooth or polished steel is use to keep a razor edge at all time while a grooved steel will have enough "grab" to bring a distorted edge back in line
