Attachment - Patty/Jerky Maker - Grinder

Attach to your grinder and start grinding. This cast aluminum attachment produces a continuous strip of patty meat & with a change of plates makes jerky strips or jerky sticks. When the meat reaches the end of the tray just stop the grinder and cut patties / strips / sticks to size with scissors (provided).

Makes:

• 1/2" thick x 4" wide patties
• 3/8" thick x 3-3/4" wide patties
• 1-3/8" jerky strips
• 1/2" jerky rolls    

Comes with:

• Adapter collars to fit #5,8,10,12,22,32 grinders
• 3/8" patty plate - (1/2" plate is built in)
• Jerky stick plate - 4 round holes, 1/2" dia.
• Jerky strip plate - 3 slots, 3/16" thick x 1-3/16" wide
• 1 roll of waxed paper - 4-1/2" x 250'
• Pair of scissors
