With this press you can easily press a variety of hard cheeses including, but not limited to, Cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan and Monterey Jack.

The stainless steel mold and drip tray sit on a maple hard wood base with rubber feet to protect your kitchen counter
Pressure is provided using 2 compression springs and is measured with a stainless steel gauge (0 - 80 lbs.)
