Smoke your fish using this brine.
Note: Sometimes you will receive a package of brine mix that has become set up and hard. This is because some ingredients in some mixes draw moisture. Do not think the brine mix is old or not usable. Brines are made to be mixed with water - simply let the mix dissolve in the water and then mix by stirring.
