Bucket - Brine - 22 Qt. - Plastic

"The Briner" This unique 3 piece brining system has a patent pending design. Bucket comes with a lid (not shown) and an internal locking plate - Simply align, press plate down to the desired level and twist 1/4 turn to keeps the product completely submerged.
"The Briner" can hold whole turkeys up to 25 lb, up to 4 whole chickens, several pork shoulders and up to 20 large fish filets and can be used for;
- Brining - Turkey, chicken, pork, salmon, ribs, french fries, shrimp & calamari, chicken wings
- Curing - Hams, bacon, corn beef, poultry, fish
- Soaking - Beans, wine corks, corn on the cob
- Pickling/Fermenting - Sauerkraut, kimchi, cheeses, onions, beets, cucumbers, grapes, olives.
- Includes 22 qt. capacity bucket, locking plate & snap tight lid (Lid not shown)
- Measures 15-3/4" tall x 12-1/2" diameter - fits nicely into a cube shaped cooler if you are short on refrigerator space
