Burner Kit - Gas

This kit, as shown, is self contained & require no electricity. All you need is a propane bottle or natural gas hook-up & you can start smoking.

It will provide 30,000 (60,000 BTU is available) of heat & will easily heat a 4' x 4' x 8 (or larger)' insulated smokehouse.  Add wood chips or sawdust to the pan to provide smoke for the smokehouse.

This burner kit is shown in a typical cut away installation. Our kit is complete with mounting brackets to secure controls to the outside of your smokehouse. The gas pipe connecting the control to the burner can be lengthened to allow burner to be centered inside the smokehouse.

This unit is shown with Built In Controls. 

An Electric Conversion Kit  is available which will enable this kit to be controlled by our Plug and Play Controller.
