This 28 mm cellulose casing will stuff 23 lb. and is 84 ft. in length

A shirred cellulose casing, is used for the processing of all kinds of small diameter sausages, wieners, semi-dry, dry or fresh sausages

Used to make Mexican style chorizo sausage

Can be used on any type of high-speed automatic or manual stuffing equipment and can be stuffed "straight" (for linkers) or linked on portioning/twist linking devices

Special internal coating for rapid peel, which is specially designed to ensure optimal peel ability of the casing

Available in several sizes and strand lengths for the widest variety of applications

Stored in a cool and dry place. The remaining strands should be placed in an airtight bag in order to prevent drying out

Stored under the recommended conditions, can be used up to one year after receipt
