105 MM Collagen Middles

These non edible Collagen Casings can be used when drying products such as salami, summer sausage and pepperoni.

 Clear

  • Meat cling - Will shrink with the meat as the meat is dried
  • Used to make salami
  • Will stuff 8 lb. of meat
  • 105 mm - 4-1/8" fill diameter
  • 6" lay flat width
  • 24" long

Cody's Tip:

  • Soak in 15 to 20% salt water for 3 to 5 minutes - max
  •  If soaked in plain water or soaked too long the casing will absorb too much water and weaken.
