Cheese - Hi Melt Jalapeno

Hi MeltJalapeno Cheese
Perfect for all sausage products when cheese is called for or desired. Add taste and texture. Regular cheese melts too easily and adversely affects the sausage consistency.
High temperature cheddar cheese is specially made so that it will not melt when processing at temps. under 400 degrees.
- Add Jalapeno Jack cheese to your sausage and give it something extra
- Japapeno Cheese gives a mild creamy flavor, with a mild kick, to your sausage products
- The 1/4" dice is a perfect size for all types of sausages from big bologna to snack sticks
- Cheese will last up to 6 months at 34 degrees and can be frozen
- Used at 5% to 10% level - 1/2 to 1 lb. of cheese to 10 lb. of meat
