Venison Bacon Seasoning
Try something different with your deer trimmings.
Make ground meat bacon by grinding deer with pork, adding seasoning and mixing until tacky.
Then:
- Form into loaves and let cure over night.
- Or lay out bacon strips using a jerky gun.
- Put on smoke screens, smoke until fully cooked
