Edible casings work best for products that will be cut to length and not tied or twisted. (such as snack sticks and breakfast links).
Do not soak the edible collagen casings in water or get them wet.
Edible Collagen Casings should be stored in a dry ,cool location at 40-70 degrees. Do not remove the wrap until ready to use. Any left over casing should be resealed to maintain proper moisture levels. When sealed and maintained in optimal conditions, the self life is 2 years.
