Generator - Smoke - Bradley

A highly adaptable unit that allows you to retrofit almost any small structure into a smokehouse.

Generates enough smoke for a 50 cu.ft. smokehouse

The unit consists of three parts:

• The smoke generator which is identical to that supplied with the Bradley Stainless Steel Smoker.
• Stainless steel wall adaptor
• Stainless steel adjustable collar

  The picture shows the smoke generator attached to the face plate of the adaptor. The adjustable wall adaptor collar can also be seen.

  When fitted, the wall of the smokehouse structure fits between the face plate and the collar and is intended to remain in place permanently while the smoke generator can be easily attached or removed when not in use.

  The unit uses Bradley FLavor Bisquettes.

  An ideal structure would be an old chest freezer, stood upright, with the lid for the door, with an 5-1/4" hole in the side for the adaptor.

  A blueprint to build your own smokehouse is included with the unit. It also comes with a user guide & a recipe book.
