This liquid smoke can be brushed on at full strength
- or -
- As an ingredient - Delute with an equal amount of water. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of the deluted solution per 5 lbs. Of meat.
- As a marinade - Use 1 to 2 oz. Per gallon of water.
- As a spray - Dilute with an equal amount of water and spray meat once or twice on each side
