This solid cast aluminum molds makes uniform patties up to 4" in diameter.The thickness depends on the size of the meat ball you place in the press.
Simply place a patty paper on the press, place a meat ball on the paper, add a second paper over the meat ball and press down. Your patty is now ready to use or freeze.
