18" Freezer Paper
Freezer Paper is a wax-coated paper used for wrapping foods for freezing
and for general household or commercial purposes. The paper side gives
the product strength and durability as well as an easy-to-write-on
surface, while the plastic coating side provides a barrier to air and
moisture to protect the quality, flavor and nutrition of foods during
freezing.
- 18" x 1000' Roll
- USDA/FDA approved
- Wet Waxed - The process in which the wax coating is applied to one or
both sides of the paper. The wax creates a liquid barrier on the
surface of the paper.
Freezer paper is waxed on one side - Butcher paper is not.
