Plate - Spacer - #32 Hand Grinder - Stainless

This 2-hole plate is used to center the feedscrew when stuffing without a knife installed or to make large chunks of meat when a knife is used.

Tip: Use a spacer (2 hole) or kidney (3 hole) plate for the first grind to make larger chunks. This helps the feedscrew move the meat out of the cylinder faster on the second grind. This helps prevent mushy meat.
