Tip #1: Remember that turkeys are tall so you will need a oven big enough or a grill with a lid that will close over the turkey. Chickens work almost anywhere.
Tip #2: After seasoning the chicken or turkey with your favorite seasoning and after the chicken is mounted on the can, coat the chicken completely with mustard. This will form a glaze on the chicken, sealing in the juices. The mustard will disappear while cooking - no yellow color - & the chicken will not taste like mustard
