Sweet Onion and Garlic Sausage Seasoning

This blend features Onion & Garlic and has a hint of sweetness. 

  • Salt
  • Brown Sugar
  • Dehydrated Onion
  • Dehydrated Garlic
  • Sugar
  • Dextrose
  • Green Onion
  • Spices

Directions for Use:

  • Prepare meat to a 70-80% lean to 25-30% fat mixture - Mix lean and fat portions together.
  • Grind meat thru 2 or 3 hole kidney plate (Or cut into small 1/2"cubes) - This is the first grind.
  • Measure or weigh the correct amount of seasoning for your amount of meat. (This 21-1/2 oz. package will season 25 Lbs. of meat. IF SMOKING ADD 1 Oz of Cure for 25 Lb of MEAT
  • Mix in enough water to the seasoning to make it soupy.
  • Pour soupy mix on the meat, mixing until seasoning mix is evenly distributed.
  • Grind or regrind meat mixture using a 3/16" plate - This is the final grind.
  • Make it fresh into patties or stuff into casings and smoke - if smoking you must add cure to the seasoning mix.
