The Dobesh steak seasoning was developed by Larry Dobesh while he was a meat cutter - sausage maker on Shepherd Dr. in Houston, Texas. Upon retirement we received requests for his seasoning. We tried it, we liked it and we decided to carry it at our store in Houston as well as on-line and in our catalog.
One 32 oz. bottle does about 40 lb. of meat
