"2 Stage" Ceramic Knife Sharpener
The coarse (Stage 1) and fine (Stage 2) rods are set to the proper angle.
Hold the sharpener using the non slip grip. Then pull three or four stokes across the coarse rods to restore the edge. To finish and polish the edge just flip the sharpener and pull three or four strokes across the fine rods.
