We try to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, we try to ship on Monday or Tuesday or if placed on a holiday we try to ship within 1 to 2 business days. Sometimes we fail to ship as stated due to various reasons. We try to call and/or email you if there will be a delay in shipping of over 3 days from the time you placed the order.

GROUND SHIPMENTS: This is the most economical and efficient method for you. Depending on where you live, this can take up to 7 business days before delivery.
NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY OR 3RD DAY AIR SHIPMENTS: Need your order extra fast? Select this method when you checkout. UPS Air Service charges are more expensive than UPS Ground Service charges.
ALASKA/HAWAII SHIPMENTS: These orders can be shipped UPS NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY OR GROUND but priority mail or parcel post are more economical. If you wish to have your orders shipped by priority mail or parcel post please call your order in (800-356-5189). Please be aware not all items can be shipped by priority mail or parcel post.

If you have an order inquiry or a problem upon receiving your merchandise please call us as soon as possible. Please have your customer number or invoice number ready. Please allow at least 9 business days for delivery before calling for an order status.


UPS: Upon Delivery Of Shipment, Merchandise Should Be Carefully Inspected By You For Damages And Shortages. If You Receive Damages, Please Help Us To Help You By Following The Procedure Below: 

  • Save The Outside Carton
  • Save All The Inside Packing Material
  • Save Any Broken Or Damaged Items
  • Have Our Shipper Number 771420 And Tracking Number Located On The UPS Label Available For UPS
  • Contact UPS In Your Area To Request UPS Inspection No Later Than 24 Hours Of Receipt
  • Obtain A Lost Damage Inspection Number From UPS And Report It To Us So That A Damage Claim May Be Filed
MOTOR FREIGHT: Merchandise that may be damaged during motor freight is the responsibility of the freight carrier.
However, it is your responsibility to:
  • Inspect and note any damage at time of delivery
  • Any damage must be reported in writing to the carrier representative at time of delivery if at all possible 
  • Request a damage report or inspection report from the freight carrier 
  • Concealed damage must be reported depending on carrier within (5) days or less
  • All product packaging and related components must be available for inspection 
  • Contact the carrier for any claim associated with the damage

Allied Kenco Sales is not liable for filing MOTOR FREIGHT claims or collection of damages from carriers.
