Tip: Use 1 oz. per 25 lbs. of meat for a light smoke flavor or 2 oz. per 25 lbs. for a strong smoke flavor.

Note: This blended product, due to its ingredients, can become hard and set up in the package. You may receive a package that has set up. However, it is good for 12 months after manufacturing. So, don't discard. If using as a rub simply crush into powder, if using in a marinade simply add liquid.
