These devices are normally used to lay out jerky strips or rolls from ground meat. They are also excellent for use as a stuffer when during small batches. Simply mix your seasonings into ground meat or any finely chopped product such as shrimp, cheese, sausage, etc. Fill the stuffer and stuff into sausage casings, chili peppers, chicken breasts, pork chops or bell peppers.

As with all stuffers youu must:
- Pre-lubicate the pusher plate and gasket with mineral oil or Pam before first use.
- Bolt the stuffer to your work table or cutting board to provide stability.
- Add water to your seasoned meat mix to provide lubication.
