Perfect for making sauces, puree, fruit juice, fruit butters, fruit leather, baby food, pumpkin pie filling, jams, jellies, salsa and more. Automatically separates juice and pulp from seed and skin.

Comes with  one standard spiral and one standard screen (1/16" holes) for processing tomatoes - Simply quarter ripe tomatoes - No need to peel or core.

Different screens are available (shown below).

• Optional Berry Screen (1/32" holes) to remove seed and hulls from berries & currants
• Optional Salsa Screen (1/4" holes) to make sauces, salsa
• Optional Pumpkin Screen (1/8" holes) to puree cooked apples, pumpkins, squash or sweet potatoes for pie filling
