Suggested directions for using Legg's Jerky Seasoning

As A Soak - For 25 lb. of jerky strips dissolve 1 package (14.25 oz.) of seasoning into 1 to 2 gallons of water, depending on the strength desired. Add 1 oz. of cure. Pour solution over 25 lb. of lean 1/4" strips of jerky meat. Marinate under refrigeration in a plastic or stainless steel container for 1 to 24 hours. Overhaul (stir up) as needed for longer soak times.

In A Vacuum Tumbler - Place 25 lb. of lean 1/4" strips of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Dissolve 1 oz. of cure and 14.25 oz. of seasoning into 24.75 oz. of water. Pour into tumbles over meat. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
