RETURNED MERCHANDISE: 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SPICES, SEASONINGS, CURES OR COLLAGEN AND NATURAL CASINGS or any food products.

 
Unwanted Items
We offer a ten (10) day return policy should you be dissatisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at (800) 356-5189 for approval and a return authorization number.  All returns for refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus the original outbound freight. Credit Card purchases will be assessed an additional transaction fee of 2.5%. 
All unwanted items must be returned in new condition (unused, undamaged & in re-saleable condition) to our facility ( 26 Lyerly, Houston, Tx 77022 ) complete with the original packaging, all documentation including blank warranty certificate, manuals and accessories, within ten (10) days of receipt by you. 
  • Any merchandise returned to us must be returned with shipping charges prepaid. 
  • Be sure to include your invoice number for rapid processing of your request.
  • ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
  • In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will
    • Within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase exchange the product in accordance with manufacturers replacement/warranty policy 
    • After 30 days we will follow the manufacturers warranty policy and provide instructions on how to secure warranty repairs for your product. 
Products are warranted by the manufacturer. Call us for the nearest service center or if you have any questions on merchandise care or use. Neither Allied Kenco Sales nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse or alteration of merchandise. If you call or write about defective merchandise, we must have the invoice number the item was purchased on and the stock number of the defective item.
