Makes 5" burgers faster and easier. It is designed to make well rounded and ideally shaped patties quickly and easily. Also use it for veggie-burgers, crab cakes, fish cakes and other round foods. The thickness of your patties is determined by the weight or size of the ball placed in the press. (To make a quarter pound burger use a 4 oz. ball).
