Cody's Tip : When ready to use just remove frozen package from freezer and let thaw just enough to allow slicing, Using a serrated knife, slice thru the package to produce round patties ready to cook. The 1# and 2# bags will produce approx. 2-1/2" patties - good for breakfast patties and sliders while the 5 # bag will make 4" patties- great for burgers.
Use poly tape or twist ties to seal these bags.
