I bought this because I got tired of blending my own. I hope that I don't reget it. When I started getting it ready to mix, I detected the aroma of what appeared to be Chili Powder...I hope not. It wasn;t cayenne, because that doesn;t have the same aroma. I realize that people, especially in texas, throw the word Cajun around like they have some clue, but nothing Cajun would ever have Chili powder in it. Will know later on when I get around to taste testing, but I hope that I didn't screw up 50+ lbs of sausage.
